SMC Joint Greece 13th International Medical Conference – Research and Innovations in Medical Practice and Education, Thessaloniki, Greece, 15 – 16 November 2025.

Reforms and advances in research and innovations have been occurring in medical practice and education globally for the past decades.   These have been as a result of advances in medical practice worldwide.  In addition, patients have become more informed about their health, and these have resulted in increased in demands and expectations, thereby bringing about the changing roles of the doctors and healthcare workers in society.  There are now needs for healthcare workers to be more involved in teaching and research, as well as in patient care.  Hence the conference on ‘Progress in Medical Practice and education’ will embrace many topics on the various issues affecting medical practice, research and education.  The provisional programme for the conference series can be found below:

1. The proceedings involve general participations by all delegates in various workshops and individual presentations on various research and projects. 2. The Programme of Proceedings with directions and any conference information will be circulated to participants by 14 November 2025. The mode of attendance is online via Zoom on 15 November 2025 and in-person at the venue for the practical workshops/seminars on 16 November 2025.

3. Any changes to the venue of the event will be notified to delegates before the start of the conference.

4. Please note that the mode of proceedings for the event will depend on the Government’s rules/restrictions and venue requirements for COVID-19 pandemic issues or other infectious diseases or other factors as the case may be.

6. The Final Programme of Proceedings will be in the Book of Proceedings given at the event, or sent electronically in case the event will be held online on 15 November 2025 due to COVD-19, infections, unforeseen change of circumstance or other issues, as stated in point 3 above.
