Joint UK International Medical Conference – Research and Innovations in Medical Practice and Education, London, UK, 28 – 29 March 2026.

Reforms and advances in research and innovations have been occurring in medical practice and education globally for the past decades.   These have been as a result of advances in medical practice worldwide.  In addition, patients have become more informed about their health, and these have resulted in increased in demands and expectations, thereby bringing about the changing roles of the doctors and healthcare workers in society.  There are now needs for healthcare workers to be more involved in teaching and research, as well as in patient care.  Hence the conference on ‘Progress in Medical Practice and education’ will embrace many topics on the various issues affecting medical practice, research and education.  The provisional programme for the conference series can be found below:

TOTAL HOURS OF PROCEEDINGS, EXCLUDING REGISTRATION, TEA/COFFEE BREAKS AND LUNCH:   18 Hours and 20 Minutes for two days (9 Hours and 10 Minutes per day).

NOTES ON INVITED SPEAKERS:

Invited key note speakers and speakers are experienced researchers and scientists who have carried our in-depth studies in any branch of medicine and surgery, including all healthcare matters.

Please note that all invited speakers are required to submit Extended Abstracts of up to 1,200 words to reach us by 25 February 2026.

Please also note that the Joint Events Committee can grant extension of this deadline when there is a compelling reason to do so.  If extension is required, please send in request in writing via Email or letter to: conferences@santamariacollege.org.uk

Two Modes of

Attendance/Participation: In-Person at the Venue on 28 March 2026 and Online via Zoom on 29 March 2026 in order to give an opportunity for international delegates to participate in the conference proceedings. .

The Joint Community Education Conference Centre venue offers good meeting and educational facilities.  It is handy for visiting many attractions and shops in Central London.  It is also very close to the Theatre Land and West End of London.  It has so many transport facilities and stations like the Old Street Station, Liverpool Street Station, Moorgate Station, Angel Station etc., and many bus routes to name but few.  It is also easy to reach tourist attractions and business venues. Guests and families can go into central London and Greater London to some must-see venues like Madame Tussaud or the London Eye, or shop in the West End.

There are other attractions like Buckingham Palace, Museums, Markets and other historic sites to see, which is good for delegates and their families.

As one of the most largest and beautiful capital cities in the World, London has many attractions and historic sites for delegates and their families to see and enjoy.  Please come and join us in London, England to enjoy this conference with interesting scientific programmes, and entertainments for delegates, accompanying people and families.

COMPETITIONS FOR THE BEST RESEARCH PAPER AND THE BEST PRESENTATION PRIZES

Please note that there will be competition for the best research paper and best presentation prizes at the event.  The prize winners will be announced at the end of the proceedings and conference.  Certificates of awards will be issued to the prize winners, including the opportunity for them to attend the next conference free of charge of the conference fee, which will be waived for them.
