Medical innovations are new breakthroughs, technologies, or systems designed to improve healthcare. They span new drugs, digital tools, therapies, and clinical practices that enhance patient outcomes, reduce recovery times, and make healthcare more accessible.
As one of the aims of the AHCP and SMC is promoting excellence in innovations, the Medical Innovations Team has been researching on innovations, medical technologies and breakthroughs since 1938 to date. Since 1991 to date, the Team has been lead by Professor Daniella Kingsley-Godwin(Volunteer), and they have been publishing medical innovations and breakthroughs in medicine and healthcare matters annually.
