The Association of Healthcare Professionals (AHCP) Sponsored Medical Centers' roles include providing direct patient care, managing and financing health services, and supporting clinical research. These centres act as the responsible entities for projects or services, ensuring that they are properly set up, run effectively, and comply with legal and ethical standards. Their roles are multifaceted, ranging from operating primary healthcare practices under agreements to being the overall sponsor of a clinical trial or community health programmes and various research and educational activities.  The aim of this article is to describe the AHCP sponsored medical and community healthcare centres and their impacts globally.
